Pricing questions
Are registered participants who never show up billed?
No. Only participants who log in to the event count.
Is there a free tier?
The Chat plan is free for the first 30 entered participants per event. Beyond that it is $2 per entered participant, and Meet & AI is billed from the first participant.
Who counts as an entered participant?
Anyone who logs in to the event, whether it is online or on site.
Are we charged again if a participant logs in again or re-registers?
No. Each participant is counted once per event.
How do we pay?
Top up a balance before the event. Each participant who enters is deducted from the balance, and what remains carries over to the next event.
What if the balance runs out during an event?
The event keeps running. The balance can go negative and the shortfall is settled afterwards.
How is the Meet & AI rate calculated?
Rates are graduated by volume. The first 500 entered participants are $10 each and the next tier is $8 each.
How is badge printing billed?
$1.50 per on-site check-in that prints a badge, only at events with badge printing turned on.
Do estimates include tax?
Prices exclude applicable taxes.
