Decide who should meet before the doors open

Free matching lets participants pick each other, and operator assignment covers the meetings that have to happen.

  • Free matching

Participants pick people in the directory, request a meeting and confirm a slot both sides have open.

  • Matching rules

Decide per category who can request whom, and how many meetings a day.

  • Operator assignment

From the matching board, pair and confirm the meetings your KPIs depend on.

  • Matching KPIs

Works with your stack

Add matching to your existing registration

Keep registration and payments where they are. The roster syncs to Umoh by CSV or API, and nobody copies lists by hand again.

  • CSV import wizard: upload, map columns, review, import
  • API sync: the roster updates as registrations come in
  • Category mapping in the same step, so the roster stays clean
  • Open API, CLI and MCP, so an AI agent can run the setup for you

Check-in and badge printing, all on Umoh

Every participant has a QR code. One scan at the door checks them in and prints their badge, the same flow that printed 13,000 badges at KOOM.

Frequently asked questions

Can we start without an onboarding call?
Yes. Create the event in the console, set the matching rules and meeting hours, and publish the invite link.
Do participants need to install an app?
No. They open the invite link, enter with an email code and handle everything from their profile to their meeting schedule in the browser.
Can we keep our current registration system?
Yes. Registration and payments stay where they are. Upload the roster as CSV or sync it live through the Open API.
Does it work for international participants?
The participant site is available in English, Korean and Japanese, and meeting times show in each participant's time zone.
Who owns the participant data?
You do. Umoh only processes and stores it, and storage is covered by our ISO 27001 certification.
What if we get stuck during setup?
Ask in the chat and the Umoh team will answer.
