MAX SUMMIT 2025
Speakers and attendees actually met through chat, profiles and meeting requests, and interest data now feeds next year's plan.

1. About the client
MAX SUMMIT is a conference for marketers hosted by Mobidays, a public company. The 2025 edition took place on July 16 and 17, 2025 at El Tower in Yangjae, Seoul, with more than 1,100 marketers attending. MAX SUMMIT first used Umoh for its 10th anniversary in 2024 and came back for 2025.
2. Why they came to Umoh
The team did not want a conference where marketers only sit and listen. They wanted speakers and attendees to find each other and talk. Headcount alone told them little. They wanted to know which VIPs showed interest in which topics or companies, and satisfaction surveys or on-site feedback gave them no concrete criteria for planning the next year.
3. What they used
1) Attendee profiles and interest-based discovery
Every attendee filled out a profile before the event. From there they could browse speakers, topics, and other participants by interest and send 1:1 meeting requests.
2) Chat and meeting requests
Chat, profile views, and meeting requests ran between speakers and general attendees as well as among VIPs.
3) Interest data dashboard
The dashboard showed visits by category, chat counts, and profile views in real time. Organizers could see who reached out to whom, which categories saw the most engagement, and which brands and speakers drew the most attention.
4. Results
| Result | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Two-way conversations between speakers and attendees | The program became a community space with real two-way interaction |
| Interest analysis from VIP and attendee behavior | Concrete data for next year's targeting and content planning |
| Umoh adopted as an annual platform | Short-term results plus operational familiarity that deepens each year |
5. What's next
With the 2025 interest data in hand, the team has what it needs to design a sharper experience for 2026.
